After checkout, you submit your TradingView username so we can arrange access to the indicator.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other website analytics tools to track visitors. The website code can support GA4 if configured in the future, but no GA4 measurement ID is configured for the current Netlify deployment. If we enable analytics or other non-essential tracking later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before tracking starts.

Services that process data

We use the following services for the purposes described above:

  • Systeme.io: email marketing, signup lists and double opt-in confirmation for people who submit our forms. Systeme.io identifies its operator as ITACWT Limited, an Irish company, and states in its published privacy policy that its servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland. See Systeme.io's privacy policy.
  • Netlify: website hosting and the signup-form function. The function region for this website is configured as US East (Ohio, United States). Personal data submitted through the signup form may therefore be processed in the United States by Netlify. See Netlify's Data Processing Agreement and Netlify's function-region documentation.
  • Whop: checkout, payment processing and purchase/subscription management. Whop handles payment data under its own privacy notice and states that it may process personal information in the United States and other countries. See Whop's privacy policy.
  • Discord: community platform. Discord processes account and platform data under its own privacy policy; we can see information and activity shared in our server. Discord states that data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries. See Discord's privacy policy.
  • TradingView: indicator delivery to the username you provide, and its own platform services under its terms and privacy notice. TradingView states that data may be stored in the United States, the European Union and other destinations, including outside the EEA. See TradingView's privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with these providers only as needed for the purposes described here, to operate the service, or where the law requires it. Providers may also process data as independent controllers for their own platform, security, legal or account-management purposes, as explained in their policies.

International transfers

The Netlify signup function is configured to run in US East (Ohio, United States). Personal data submitted through that form may be processed in the United States. Netlify's Data Processing Agreement, dated 9 June 2026, states that restricted transfers to Netlify rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the transfer is covered by that framework; otherwise, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply where relevant under the agreement.

Whop states that it may transfer or access personal information in the United States and other countries, and that for EEA transfers to countries without an adequacy decision it uses safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved mechanism. Discord states that international transfers may rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions and its Data Privacy Framework certification where applicable. TradingView states that data may be stored in the United States, the EU and other destinations and that it takes steps to protect data transferred abroad; its published privacy policy directs users to contact TradingView for details of the safeguards used. Systeme.io states that its servers are hosted in Ireland and that data is not transferred outside the EU under its published privacy policy.

The applicable mechanism depends on the provider, the data flow, and the agreement in force. You can contact hello@lightbulbtrading.com to request further information about the safeguards applicable to a transfer, including copies or summaries where they can be provided.

Double opt-in and marketing choices

For email subscriptions collected through earlier LBT Trading forms, a confirmation email was used and contacts were added to the relevant list only after confirmation. This website currently does not display an active email or waitlist signup form. Existing subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@lightbulbtrading.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data-protection supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): https://www.cnpd.pt/.
