1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, joining the LBT Trading Discord community, or purchasing the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or community.

2. Description of Service

LBT Trading offers the LBT CE Algorithmic Pro indicator for TradingView as a digital subscription priced at $49 USD per month through Whop. After checkout, you must submit the TradingView username associated with your account so we can add invite-only access. The website also links to a free Discord community, which is subject to Discord's terms and the server rules.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, join the community, or purchase our products.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site, in the Discord community, or in the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is educational. See our Risk Disclosure for the full warning.

5. Community Conduct

Access to the Discord community is a privilege, not a right. We may remove or ban members who violate community rules, harass other members, or misuse shared content, at our discretion.

6. Payments & Refunds

The indicator is billed at $49 USD each month through Whop. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund payments already due or paid for the current billing period. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights remain subject to applicable consumer law. Where the law requires specific prior consent and acknowledgement before digital content is supplied immediately, any loss of a withdrawal right applies only if the legally required conditions are satisfied at checkout.

7. Access & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the indicator, community, or any paid product if you violate these terms, without refund, at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The indicator, website copy, chart examples, branding, and other materials provided by LBT Trading are owned by or licensed to LBT Trading and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access credentials is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The indicator and website materials are provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBT Trading is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the site, community, or indicator.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or community after changes means you accept the updated terms.
